Building is no longer the bottleneck — knowing what to build is.

AI builders collapsed the cost of shipping to near zero. The constraint moved from can you build it to should you — and that is where the weeks now disappear.

The market is the only oracle.

Your opinion, the tool's, and an AI's are all guesses. The only evidence that counts is what a stranger does with their own money.

A “no” is a first-class outcome.

Killing a dead idea in a day is the product working, not failing. The tool earns you confidence on what to build — and the cheaper, rarer confidence on what not to.

Real demand is a cold stranger paying — before you build.

Not a like, not a waitlist, not a friend's encouragement. A cold, live, hard pay-proof, or it didn't happen.

The builder is never the scorer.

The verdict is recomputed from your raw receipts, reproducibly. The tool never declares a pass from memory — a signal you can talk yourself into is worthless.

Confidence is worth nothing if the gate isn't real. Soften it and the tool becomes a horoscope. The honesty floor is non-negotiable.

“This person will pay this much for this position.” The loop's only job is to make that sentence true — or kill it cheap.
